SER Cymru II

The Sêr Cymru II programme is a suite of schemes part funded by the European Commission through the Horizon 2020 Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions  (MSCA) COFUND scheme or the Welsh European Funding Office (WEFO) under the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF).

The programme supports more than 60 new posts to work with stellar researchers in universities in Wales.

The programme is part of the Chief Scientific Adviser for Wales, Professor Julie Williams’ strategy to increase research capacity in STEMM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics and Medicine) related subjects. The programme is also open to researchers working in relevant areas of applied social science.
